Meet Samantha.

Training is my outlet where I can help people feel the best they can in their own body. I was a dancer growing up, so my main approach to teaching is very focused on form, technique, and creating healthy movement patterns. I've led group fitness classes and trained private clients all while practicing different movements and programs on the side. Finding and learning the perfect sweet spot of accomplishment and challenge is what I aim for when I lead clients through any of my workouts or classes. I specialize in pilates and functional strength training for all levels.
